A very good speaker that needs an app to set up and to work. In 2024 Sonos shipped a new app that broke basic features for months, which is the whole argument for the next three cells.

- Wi-Fi, Ethernet or cellular. An attacker can be anywhere, and it can collect data.
- Cloud-dependent
- Needs the maker's servers or app to work, so the maker can switch it off.
